i mean, reducing dampness, ie reducing sugar fat and carbs, always helps, and increasing lean animal protein with cooked leafy greens (not raw) is a general but fundamental foundation of any hair care or health care protocol.

Instead of lean protien…could you use black garlic for the protein?

black garlic is for different purpose and different approach. like the way the daoist masters only ate black garlic, tao salt, and did moxa for 100 days. thats a different approach versus protein diet.

What part of the garlic did they use?

Does the green garlic have as much potassium and sulfur and the garlic bulbs.

Would seem awful wasteful to kill the entire plant just to use the bulbs instead of the green Garlic, which is infinite and grows like grass….

The bulbs would supply an infinite amount of green garlic…if you just harvested it alive.

It takes years to get a mature garlic bulb.
It is the equivalent of uprooting a tree once it starts to produce olives to use the root.

Theres no potassium in the garlic bulb im guessing. But if you use tao salt you need less potassium…i would guess.

As tao salt contains wood ash. Or potassium in the form of a salt. Bamboo to be specific….

Potassium appears to be the missing ingredient in the vegan diet

Monkeys are known to consume pearl garlic or onions in the wild to assist in the digestion of there meals.

People see the one clove allium pearl garlic and mistake it for an onion.

Despite appearances it is in fact a garlic, that just grows with one bulb… like an onion.
