    Each time I go to my best friends house now, I suffer from cat allergies (mind you, I never knew I had this until now) since she bought a new cat. Its so frustrating, my eyes start to itch a lot and I have trouble breathing even if I so much as sit in the same house as the cat.
    The only thing that makes it better is to leave her place and that is after a few hours have passed. Anti allergy tablets don’t help (are they supposed to?)
    What can I do?

    You can try NAET therapy which actually works on eliminating the allergy and does work for many people. Its not that expensive and its worth it. They simply use Acupuncture points to treat it whilst the item you are allergic to is present in a vile in your hand – so you should get a sample of your cat’s hair and take it.

    I was checking out their site testimonials and reviews elsewhere, it seems to work for many people. Although I do realise that these shouldnt be trusted 100%, I’m willing to try it 🙂
