Wan hints at eating raw beef with vegtables.

“Here’s the catch. There are two ways to promote converting toxic nonheme iron into heme iron. Eat your nonheme iron rich foods with bioavailable Vitamin C (EDIT: acv has more vitamin c that citus) or just eat that same lugume salad with beef. Yep, beef converts nonheme iron into heme iron. So if you’re going to be a vegitarian or Buddhist, atleast eat meat.”

He said on his deleted kimchi page that kimchi was to convert toxic iron and calcium.

The only way I can see this happening is…the herbavore bacteria digestive bacteria in the meat digest the toxic iron into heme iron.

I guess i’ll have to experiement with these various kimchi…I know cooked veggies are safe to make kimchi because the red pepper powder isn’t raw in kimchi.

You can live without a wife, but not without kimchi.
