    Hi everyone,

So I’ve had this issue for a while, and to be honest I just ignored it but I was wondering if there was any cause for it that you guys might know.

Basically, maybe 3/4 times a week, I will wake up with a really deep pain in my lower back, and it hurts a bit to move it too so I thought it was muscular. It usually goes away a couple of minutes after I get out of bed though. I can’t really find much of a pattern for it, all i noticed is that its at its worst if I oversleep or if I wake up first and then lie in or doze off again. And its not necessarily oversleeping in terms of hours, it happens both with fewer and long hours, but mostly its worst when I know I’ve slept longer than the minimum I needed to feel refreshed.

To be honest, I’m not sure if it’s actually even linked to sleep itself, or if there’s another reason for it entirely!

sorry this is all very vague, but if anyone could shed some light on it, that would be much appreciated!

    thanks 😀

Sounds like kidney energy is weakening due to stress and poor diet…

Yes I agree with Gabrielle but would need to check pulse to confirm.

But it does seem like it’s irregular or improper food habits damaging the KD energy.

If you have been consuming a lot of sugar recently that could be the cause.

Yeah this happened to me recently and I know my kidneys were suffering just before it. When you exhaust yourself through adrenal fatigue, I think that may also be a cause.
