Appreciate any help? 13th October 2015 at 12:12 pm #430 ZKeymaster it means you are very tried and exhausted, if you grind teeth whilst sleeping. Cutting carbs and sugar will help take the strain off and exercise. 13th October 2015 at 3:33 pm #432 aminaParticipant this happened to me too for a while! but I’m trying to work on cutting my sugar too! 🙂 18th October 2015 at 2:13 pm #450 Quie BianParticipant I see, I’ll be doing moxa on CV4 so that should help too thanks Author Posts Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
