I know in korea. After a night of hard drinking there is the pollack soup and sweating out in a sauna…which is why in korea there are so many sauanas…

I know in Traditional medience, western and east asian it is popular to drink alchol. Except in the desert regions like the middle east. Where drinking alcohol seems to be is akin to suicide due to Dehydration ( and quite illegal).

I know it is the dehydration that is probaly the culprit, in mexico they alaways give you salt and lemon(minerals) with tequila. The locals say its to cut the taste of bad tequlia.

Do you use alcohol in herbal tinture? I find the more aged bottle to be the most non-toxic. But it is not uncommon to see these cost 250 for one bottle.

I know you can take the bamboo salt from korea. It is Taoist roasted salt.

The shoalin martial art secret was tiger bone in alcohol. With ginseng sometimes.

Yes there are many methods to stop a hangover – one of them is to just have another drink (very small) to push the liver to start cleaning (as it pushes the balance over and the liver works harder).

another is to take an astaxanthin supplement 5mg – ideally from solgar (the company name).

another way is to pour a tiny shot of organic vinegar (not apple cider, use other ones found in hmart) and add water (full cup) so its not strong at all to taste – and drink it down, will help a lot.

if it’s very bad, then take baking soda and drink it down with water.

Im just talking about the available easy to find methods that will help, as tao salt and bamboo salt (of good quality) is hard to find now.

Ah yes, the first one is a popular method… I have done that myself on thinking that alcohol increasing liver qi. A Dangerous Method. After about another hour another drink is needed… a healthy body will start to reject after a while.

Drinking can easily get out of hand or get over done.

I use to astaxanthin from bioastix. I remember it having a buffering affect. (thanks for reminding me I need to start by taking this, although I did eat some shrimp)

Vinegar! First time I’ve heard that. That makes sense.

I’ve had the oppurtunity to use the real tao salt(I heard the supply is almost gone now)

and found even with that it was not instant. Alcohol, especially cheap has an effective poison. With experimentation, I’ve found that even one beer is enough to poison you for a day. The only remedy, which you mentioned, drinking more beers.

I had some tao salt back then that I had took (when beer ran out) and that ended the cycle of needing another beer. And it worked.

What do you mean you can’t find bamboo salt?? I just bought some from insan.

There seems to be a lot of brands. and they are coloured.
