benjahParticipantLately, I have been learning about myself and starting to realize the BL52’s have been hard points on my back for a long long time.. Is this normal?|
thanks in advance.9th September 2015 at 10:33 pm #362
sultanKeymasterNo it isn’t normal, the hardness would usually suggest a blockage and a lack of circulation of some kind. It helps to regularly press those areas hard and try to loosen them up, even if it hurts. Massages will help 🙂

ZKeymasterwelcome to the forum,
yes, Sultan is correct. It is mostly showing the blockages in those points – it is normal in the sense many people today have this, but it is not normal in the sense of being healthy.
Often the best things for these is going for a massage regularly, and hot water baths with epsom salt.

Amy93Participantstretching and doing qigong (lots and lots of it) as well as intense exercise will help, but Z is right when he says massage helps break down the hardness of the muscle, its simply showing blockages in the area.

benjahParticipantThank you for the replies. I will begin to try the massage as I have been doing Taichi and Qigong daily for a while:) I will post back with results. I definitely have a blockage in my 2nd chakra.

ZKeymasterThe chigong below is a basic position you stay in for at least 11 minutes – you are pushing with your stomach muscle and not shoulder (very important) – try this for 11 minutes a day – feet tight together and head slightly up.
If not sure – so a similar yoga or other art movement and stay in it for 11 minutes a day – it helps unblock 2nd and 3rd chakra areas.

good luck

DannyParticipantthat’s awesome, i love this posture for the back. doesn’t look like much but opens up the back a lot if at least in 10-15 minutes.

AbieParticipantlooks very similar to a yoga move, yes, it opens up back tightness if held for a long period of time

benjahParticipantI really appreciate the tips, it might be helping. The other part that I noticed that maybe you all could help with is my RN14 or there about. Tt is has a dimple pulling in when i try to fill my belly up with air. It is considerably sore there consistently.

ZKeymasterits related to your diaphragm blocking up/and or stomach inflamed. If you don’t have any kidney condition, then go on a protein diet for 10 days, where you eat lean meats (lean beef as first choice) and any and all leafy greens – nothing else, no eggs, no fats, no bread or anything else.
This will cut your carbs out and force your body to repair itself as it is not getting any carbs or sugars in the body. 2 weeks on this diet is enough to stop all addictions to food, and after that you won’t even want to eat as much of the foods that aren’t good for you, and naturally develop a powerful and healthy lifestyle to what your body needs.
Hope this helps – I would need to check your pulse to give a full diagnosis, as online is limited to only the possibilities, so you should consult a trustable doctor face to face, you can also come see me for no charge if you wish and if you are in the London area.

benjahParticipantThank you again for this information. Forums like this make the internet great. I am going to try the diet Z. Any chance I can do avocados?
