Was given this recipe some years ago and then started marinating it…
You talk about the same thing on your site. Spinach does not grow here but tons of dandelions in north America.
The Anti-oxidants in Dandelion are comparable to spinach. Especially when you use the lutein rich flowers.
I literally have an endless supply of dandelions outside. On public land…. parks and forest as I know Someone is going to be a jerk and get mad at me for picking there lawn or much worst…spray the weed and make it poisonous…
I don’t know whats with this beef thing…
