Okay the diets not really working. It worked for a minute when I was eating western pasta ( duram wheat)… But now…not so…

Wan describes a immortality elixir made from a water plant in the east mixed with tao salt and cooked 24 hourd. Honestly it took me years to figure out he went an actual plant and not just tap water facility in the east.

A big hint is he says a vegetarian diet helps for the tao salt elixir to have stronger effect. This was around 2009 or ten when he was posting on daobums.i will post the link for others to appreciate.

Please help me. I discovered he cooked Vegan diet because want said the raw vegan diet was a myth..he talked about vegan a lot and Buddhist and Taoist were originally vegan.
The diet of brown garlic ( insan sells the garlic brown) made me relax and fall in love and cabbage made me drunk happy ( main ingredient in kimchi).

I could go on and on. But I discovered these things after meditating on the full meaning of these teachings on accident for years and training. I had a thought that a vegan diet would turn bread into alcohol because wan said your body stops producing acid when your vegan.

Wan also said a vegan diet made you study really well … He said Taoist sometimes went vegan. But also when doing martial arts ate raw meat ( I ate raw meat too before wan under dr.aajonus) Sung also recommended raw beef diet.

So why am I not having the effects anymore
I eat plenty of Himalayan salt with thoroughly ( 3-5 hours) cooked onions ( same sulfur as garlic?) and the same cabbage and I feel very little.

I drink beer so I even had to eat kimchi for B12 as vitamin b is washed out by alcohol.

Maybe because I had a spoonful of meat in chili and also had two prices of sushi ..a couple days ago. Maybe that tiny amount of meat did it?

I need my leg repaired and if the diet doesn’t start working ..it may never fully heal
