Amy93ParticipantHey guys, i been trying to figure what works best – vegamour or nutrafol? and if you have any advice on hair care or other methods to help speed up and thicken hair growth?
please help

aminaParticipantVegamour nor nutrafol.
I would say try this instead:
1. fragrance free shampoo: thinning hair gets damaged faster from fragrances. the korean cosemetic industry already knows this and advertise their products for hair and skin this way. even essential oils can damage hair follicles.
2. Use the Taoist soap for hair growth: it stimulates hair growth and useful for men and women.
3. Collagen supplement 2x a day: this provides a nice variety of important amino acid that are needed by the body which are not easily absorbed.
4. Nettle tea to detox the liver from hormone residue. It also helps boost hair growth directly, but hormone balance happens fast too. Very under-rated herb, but make sure you aren’t allergic.
5. Zeavive Cream has been found to help tackle the issues with dry scalp. You apply a dot or two on affected areas, and leave in. It helps improve scalp health and in turn hair follicles.

ArifParticipantagree with what amina said about hair growth. its vital to have a hair growth regimen, than looking at products like nutrafol and vegamour. they both just look like commercially taking advantage of peoples insecurities, and not actually helping resolve the problem.

Anna KParticipantneither are any use in terms of medically helping hair growth. i agree with the above comment in doing a regimen that will help support hair growth, those are the only real ways to get results in terms of health or beauty. rest is total nonesense.

PhillipaParticipantcollagen and taoist soap as amina said work better. i’ve also used them in a combo and works well. if its more severe hair thinning then you may have to do more things like she suggested but i only did these 2 and worked great.

Quie BianParticipanttried both at different times for 3 months, they didn’t work for me at all.
i also would recommend the hair growth regimen suggested by the above comment with Taoist soap, collagen etc. I have only done it for 1 month so far, and can already see results. my hair doesnt fall out as easily anymore either, even when brushing would fall out easily, and would amount to over 300 hairs a day or even more.
now i don’t have that at all, and can see this will help.
i think vegamour and nutrafol are just commercialized ways to take advantage of people going through hair thinning problems and not actually a solution.

GregoryjagParticipantlove that regimen you posted btw!!!! im going to try it. My teacher for acupuncture and herbs always told me about how to be aware if someone says 1 thing cures this and that, as its often a multiple of things that work towords the end goal. Thank you for sharing!

MichaelcoxParticipantagree with the other comment about a regimen building to get best hair growth. As other user said, a regimen like the one they mentioned will do more wonders than silly over-dressed products like vegamour and nutrafol.

ThomascedParticipantVegamour is just well packed, over priced, and does not work for actual hair growth and thickness. Nutrafol may work but did not for me, after trying it for 3 months.

NuraParticipantive tried both, they are over rated and hyped. i think what they do is make the hair look better, but not actual hair growth.
as someone already mentioned, a hair growth regimen is the best approach.

Dr. TsanParticipantI agree you need a regimen to actually get results, and Taoist soap with scalp massage and taking enough collagen everyday are the foundation to that regimen for any of my patients with hair thinning.

EdmundpoodsParticipantNeither vegamour nor nutrafol worked for me
