I just checked again and my guru …very clearly states that the cow cannot be eaten…

Says I must eat something farther away from me. Like fish

Wow, thank you for that you are the first person to tell me/ admit that.

No wonder all my medication kept poisoning me.

Why not start with something easier. like herbhology. picking herbs and mixing them to treat disease.

Worst case that could happen is you open up a really nice salad bar.

    lol what……

You need to gain some sort of apprenticeship under a master.

Your stabbing a person and things can go wrong……

Its like surgery. Your manipulating the nerves which are an extension of the brain.

I think the best needles would be dongbang…

I see. Thank you for that. Yes that was excellent advice.

No I’m not depressed. I’m beyond such things.

I use my time well, (despite coming off a 2 day hangover I just had…..no not from alcohol but bad root from online) Don’t worry…I’m OK and filed a charge back with credit card company.

    Back to topic.

Actually it would be more accurate to say “Formula for Enlightenment”.

Also in china they have drink that is mixed with this plaster. Called cooling rhino….

Although I prefer to mix it with its cognax

I already have a meeting set up with one of my medical qigong instructors..on this thursday.

Actually correction. Fat does in fact contain bacteria. Pure fats like oils usually are pure oil. But butter usually turns into blue cheese.

Carbs tax the system more than anything, as the body must covert them to fat to use them.

Fat is already fat. So no hormone is released to covert.

A tablespoon of Raw fat (coconut oil) only calms the system.
    As long as its unrefined.

Refined fat however can be slightly taxing as the body must convert it back to raw form for use.( The body stores fat in the raw state, and can only be used raw).

High temperature denatures it. Raw fat does not harbor bacteria(you can leave oil outside without refrigeration for a long time….)

Unless there is some reason special reason recommended by your doctor.
Fat is always an important nutritional addition in a diet, unless you have sugar…

In fact, a fat-free and carbless diet usually causes death. Due to rabbit starvation.

Protein must have fat to digest or it die. People who can only find rabbits in the wild have died due to a condition known as rabbit starvation.

Question for key: In your protein diet.. are zero carb sweetners allowed.

Like Stevia and monks fruits. I used this diet in collage back in the day before such things were possible. I do think there dangerous though.

Its common for poison to taste sweet. like lead and splenda..

Also, I think some low carb diets although alcohol. But I’m not sure. As vodka has no carbs.

I did it for quite some time years ago, and dropped impressive amounts of fat.

From what I remember, the longer you are on it the better the food starts taste!

Last time I did it seriously in 2013, I remember feeling a natural…almost high.

Carbs are hard to give up just like herion or cocaine.

Refined carbs Are a drug…. once given up skin glows.

People have talked about anixety and depression vanishing.

This forum is dedicated to supporting you in that journey.

This Way of Eating, not dieting, is what we use to call it. There was a guy named Bear who did this for 40 years.

Fat is a much better source of nutrition.

Another Tip. If you are full from eating. Your craving for carbs should reduce by 80%, if not all together.

The secret is to eat some fat. A tablespoon of unrefined organic coconut oil once or twice a day, should make this diet a breeze.

Your body is just craving nutrition. This shouldn’t be a genuine chore.

If its so difficult then your doing something wrong.

If you give your body the fat/nutrtition it needs, you will be more satisfied.

I see, I brought the U.S.P bag that said “For occasional relief of constipation”

I let it dissolve in mouth.

I hear the ones at Walgreens are not pure. I ate some and got lockjaw.

Its says on the bag not to eat it long term.
