steve williamsParticipantIt helps a lot with pain and all inflammation. Just like other similar drugs. Many cancer patients use it to stop pain, and have seen interviews of them saying their lives improved many times over because they had cannabis; and these are people who never smoked before their condition.
just about being reasonable about it and not going overboard.
steve williamsParticipantyes some do spray but not all of them and you can easily tell from the taste. It takes some experimenting but there are small communities being formed for grass fed animals of all kinds, and for cheaper than you would think.
steve williamsParticipantso how long does it take to learn this pulse system to diagnose properly?
steve williamsParticipantreally? that would be interesting. its weird tho, isn’t it hard to bring the needle at the right depth then?

steve williamsParticipantyeah its one of those things you think the opposite of, as my family tend to eat veggies when they think their digestion is crap. but its a misconception
steve williamsParticipantYeah but still, Acupuncture can treat all kinds of problems, all of them if you know the right practitioner.
steve williamsParticipant`@Marina, that’s a great explanation of what you asked. Thanks for sharing

steve williamsParticipantYes i have had similar experiences. Sometimes a acupuncturist can do wonders for you, but ultimately, Daoists were known healers in Korea and Japan as well as ancient china, and they used practices like Qigong and meditation to keep their own energies and health in control.
I strongly suggest reading the Nei Jing (various translations out there – read many of them) to understand how those Daoists lived, as it speaks in riddles, so reading over and over in various translations (to the committed scholar its easy) helps you see what they really meant.

steve williamsParticipantKnowing yourself is easier – you dont need tricky machines or anything. If you meditate for 30 minutes a day; after a week already you notice how different things affect your energy and what is good for you and what is not, just like every animal knows what is food and what is not, except at a higher more complex level for human beings.
But above commenter is correct in what he said. Feel at various points and if they are sensetive and unusually painful, they are blocked points. and to correct them you can either do Qigong postures, and also do unblocking by holding the points pressed hard (hold that pain for 2-3 minutes) build heat and the Sanjao (nerves) will be forced to work on that area and activate the point (and unblock it).
sometimes if you don’t know any of the above, dancing free style helps unblock major points (sounds silly i know). but try it and you feel better instantly. its that easy sometimes, just needs to be done often enough so the points stay unblocked.
the reason Daoists choose to live simple lives is to stay away from this complexity, which often cause points being blocked. a bad lifestyle in food and movement also contribute to this.
steve williamsParticipantI think Daoist acupuncture can fix pretty much anything, unless you have a worm in your brain, then you need surgery.

steve williamsParticipantI thought being on a meat diet will help this a lot. as you give the building blocks of the stomach, and the meat digests the acid so it gives the ulcer a break period for regenerating.
steve williamsParticipanti like that type of thinking actually @Z – thanks for sharing
steve williamsParticipanti tried being a vegan for a while. felt nice. but i don’t like to stay on it all the time, as i need meat in my life. i think people changing diet just for the sake of animals suffering is stupid, because plants and leafs also have immune systems, and also feel the pains of being cut up. and each time these so called vegans breathe, they kill millions of small airborne bacteria, so perhaps they should not breathe as well?
steve williamsParticipantyes i agree with sultan, talking about the liver renewal, and this can almost brighten the eyes from my experience.
steve williamsParticipantThis is….AWESOME!
